Our Black Oil Sunflower seeds grow into hearty, crunchy microgreens with a rich, nutty flavor. Soak seeds for 8–12 hours, spread evenly on top of the soil, and apply light weight during germination for even stands. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. Fast-growing and high-yielding, sunflower shoots do well in windowsills, greenhouses, or under grow lights.
