Our Green Shiso (Perilla) seeds grow a one-of-a-kind garnish blending notes of mint, basil, and cinnamon — a staple in Japanese cuisine for sushi, sashimi, and plating. Spread seeds evenly on top of the soil and press in gently — shiso needs light to germinate, so do not cover. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. Slower to mature, but worth the wait.
