Our Micro Celery seeds produce delicate, aromatic microgreens with concentrated celery flavor — far more intense than the stalk. Spread seeds evenly on top of the soil — no soaking needed, and do not cover, as celery germinates best with light. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. Slower growing but well worth it for Bloody Marys, soups, and gourmet garnishing. Grows well in windowsills, greenhouses, or under grow lights.
