Salad Grower's Pack

Our Salad Grower's Pack is portioned for real harvests, not garnishes — 2oz each of Pea Shoots and Black Oil Sunflower, plus 1oz each of Arugula Rocket and Tatsoi. That's enough seed for weeks of homegrown salads: sweet, crunchy pea shoots and nutty sunflower as your base, with peppery arugula and creamy tatsoi to finish. Soak pea and sunflower seeds for 8–12 hours before sowing; spread arugula and tatsoi directly on top of the soil. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. Every variety thrives in windowsills, greenhouses, or under grow lights — skip the wilted grocery store greens for good.
