Shiso's complex notes of mint, basil, and anise meet wasabina's spicy kick and daikon's crisp, clean finish — the complete garnish kit for sushi, sashimi, poke, and Asian-inspired plates. Press shiso seeds gently into the soil surface without covering — they need light to germinate; sow wasabina and daikon directly on top of the soil. Maintain even moisture and do not allow the soil to dry out. All four varieties grow well in windowsills, greenhouses, or under grow lights — restaurant-grade garnish at home.
